For over 20 years Glencoe CampResort has been featured in countless articles, news stories and documentaries showcasing the fun, excitement and pageantry of Sturgis Bike Week. We will give selected press credentials to pre-qualified press for each event; we give a limited amount of passes each year, so please contact us early. No press passes are given at the door of any of our venues.
All press credentials must be pre-approved and reserved in advance. Contributing writers and freelancers must request that a letter confirming assignment, also stating name of event, be sent to Francie Ruebel-Albert at SBW Productions. The request should be on the news outlet's letterhead and signed by editorial staff member that is assigning freelancer or contributor to cover the event.

PRESS PASSES:
For press accreditation to the campground or concert venue please email francie@sturgisrally.net with the following information:
1. Submit a letter requesting credentials on your company letterhead.
2. Describe the type of access you are requesting and explain the need for that level of access.
3. State how many people will be in your party, their names and their duties with regard to your press assignment.
Note: Press passes will be picked up at Thunder Road. No press passes will be issued after July 15th, 2008. SBW Productions will notify you if your request for press credentials is denied
