EASY WAYS TO MAKE RESERVATIONS

Make your reservations online.

Note: The credit card only transaction will be processed and a copy of the credit card receipt will be sent with your confirmations.

Reservations may be cancelled for any reason until June 30th, 2008 with a 20% handling charge deducted.

Mail in a completed registration form for each individual person along with a check or money order for the total amount of the reservation.

Note: Checks are accepted until June 30, 2008. After that date, all reservations and payments must be made over the phone or online with a credit card or by sending a money order.

Call Glencoe CampResort toll-free at (800) 272-4712 to make your reservation with a credit card (We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover) You will need the following information ready when booking your reservation:

A. Name and address of each individual on the reservation.

B. Credit card number, expiration date and three-digit security code located on the back of your card.

C. Telephone number and alternative telephone number (preferably a cell.)

D. Email Address

Important: Each individual making reservations will be mailed a printed confirmation verifying his reservation at Glencoe CampResort. If you do not receive a confirmation within 14 days of submitting your reservation request, please call (800) 272-4712 and we will investigate its status. Confirmations will not be mailed after July 25, 2008.
