Exciting New Events at Sturgis Bike Week
Glencoe CampResort has very exciting news. We signed a long-term contract with a world-class professional concert promotion company out of Austin, TX. Rozone Productions will now be producing all the concerts at Glencoe and will deliver a new level of entertainment never seen before at the rally. This year, we are going to have three nights of concerts. And what a lineup!!
Monday the 4th we have one of the greatest rock bands of all time KISS.
Tuesday the 5th we are having Rock N Roll Hall of Famer, John Fogerty, and the funniest man in America, Larry the Cable Guy.
Wednesday the 6th we are having the hottest country act going, four-time entertainer of the year Kenny Chesney.
Better yet, Rozone plans to announce some of next year's lineup at this year's rally and plans to expand into more nights.
We will also have five (5) nights of IFC mixed martial arts cage fighting. This is all being filmed by the TV Production Company Original Productions. OP are the people that bring the coolest shows to TV like 'Deadliest Catch', 'Ice Truckers', 'Ax Men', 'Biker Build Off' and 'Monster Garage'. So come see some cool fights and maybe get to see yourself on TV in the very near future!
We have an exciting lineup of six bike shows at Thunder Road this year. In addition on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith will be at the Thunder Dome with his motorcycle company Redwing. Thunder Road will be home to builders Rick Fairless, Russell Marlowe and Sucker Punch Sally among others. Billy Lane, Russell Mitchell and Paul Cox will be at the Seminole Hard Rock Roadhouse inside the Thunderdome. Dave Perewitz, Donnie Smith and Chica are all scheduled to appear. There also will be tattoo artists through H2Ocean creating artwork each day.
The best part is that Glencoe campers with the Gold Package get into all these for free and even 1/2 price admission to the AHDRA motorcycle drag races at Sturgis Dragway. We have implemented a two tier pricing system this year for people wanting to take advantage of only Glencoe's great camping and amenities.
The basic camping package is for fifteen (15) days of camping only at $175 per person.
The Glencoe Gold camping package includes fifteen (15) days of camping, free admission to all concerts, free admission to all IFC cage fights, free admission to all the bike shows at Thunder Road and 1/2 price admission to the AHDRA motorcycle drag races. As a special bonus, you also receive a free Glencoe T-shirt if you pre-register for or upgrade your reservation to the Gold Package. The Glencoe Gold camping package is only $300.
Glencoe is offering all Glencoe Gold package campers a $25 coupon card to purchase fuel at Kickstart Travel Center to help offset the higher cost of fuel this year. You must pre-register for or upgrade to the Glencoe Gold package by July 21, 2008 to take advantage of this offer since we need the time to print the coupons.
