Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Cancellation Until March 1, 2025.
Reservations may be cancelled for any reason until March 1, 2025 with a 25% handling charge deducted. 

YOU MUST RETURN THE ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION MAILED TO YOU AT THE TIME YOU MADE THE RESERVATION TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND.

2. Reservations Are Final and Non-Refundable.
AFTER MARCH 1, 2025 ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. No Refund Policy.
Regardless of how many days you actually stay at Glencoe CampResort.

Early Arrival Fees - Campers arriving prior to the official opening day will be subject to the following early arrival fees:

• $25 per person per day (CASH ONLY) - No utilities available during early arrival period
• $50 per day additional fee - If occupying an assigned RV site during early arrival period
• $100 for each RV/trailer early drop or save space fee.

Early arrival fees must be paid in cash at the time of arrival.

Water Supply Notice - Glencoe does not guarantee 24-hour water supply availability.
Campers are responsible for filling their holding tanks upon arrival. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to damaged water hydrants or equipment failures, water service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance and repairs. NO REFUNDS will be issued for inadvertent water service interruptions or temporary water outages.

Notice:
This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
